Andi Hartley, a girl with hippie roots and a broken heart, has done the thing she thought she could never do.
She escaped.
After fleeing an abusive relationship, she embarks on a penniless journey to find her long-lost friends. And herself. While hitchhiking on a desolate West Virginia back road, however, she meets a mountain man who leads her down a different path. And as it turns out, he’s nearly as damaged as she is. As their dark pasts open fresh wounds, they look for healing in the only way they know how.
Skin to skin.
THIS BOOK WAS PREVIOUSLY TITLED FINGERED ON FAIRVIEW.
This is the third novella in a planned series. It is NOT a full-length book.
(Disclaimer: this novella is for adults only. It contains explicit sex, rough sex, sex with strangers, and hints at non-consent.)
I was gifted this book by the author for an honest review.
I loved this story.
Two damaged people finding salvation within each other.
Andi is running from an abusive partner and with nowhere to go, Andi embarks on finding her long lost friends Clover and Willow.
Hitch-hiking and being dropped off at BFE she meets William. A rough mountain man.
William is shy and has a low self esteem which I found unusual for an erotic book. but he is also male. He is damaged and Andi wants to fix him.
There is a scene in this that borders on forced sex but I thought it to be mild compared to some of things I’ve read.
Possum Hollow is briefly mentioned in this instalment so I would say we will be reading more from this wonderful author.
